Good to know
Do I need to download anything?
No app store needed. Open your Kubo link in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone) and add it to your home screen. It then works like any app, with notifications.
Does Kubo log in to my Airbnb account?
No. Kubo only reads the calendar links you paste in, the same links platforms use to share calendars with each other. It never asks for your Airbnb, Agoda or Booking.com password.
Will it stop double bookings?
Kubo gives you a calendar link of dates you block, which you add to each platform. Platforms refresh these links every few hours, so it helps a lot but isn’t instant. Keep an eye on same-day bookings.
Does my cleaner need an account?
No. You add their name in Kubo and send them a private link. They see only cleaning jobs, check-in and check-out times and guest names. No prices, messages or settings.
Who can see my data?
Your Kubo is your own space, locked with your access code. Other hosts can’t see it, and guests only see the guide details you choose to share. The Kubo team can open your Kubo to set things up for you, help when you ask and fix problems, and never shares your details with anyone.
I have more than one unit. Can I use Kubo?
Yes, you can add more units to your guest guide today. Full multi-unit calendars are on the way. Tell us about your setup when you sign up.
